As the Quality Assistant Responsible for supporting the compliance team to ensure all required certification is maintained.<\/p>\n

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Responsible for creating certificates of conformity for export.<\/li>\n
  • Updating product specification documents<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring GBUK compliance to ISO 13485\/MDR\/21CFR<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for supplier performance monitoring<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for supplier maintenance and liaising with suppliers to gain compliance and technical documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Carry out tasks to support the change control process.<\/li>\n
  • Updating quality documents\/procedures in line with the applicable standards<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the Quality team in root cause investigations relating to CAPAs, NCs and Complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Understanding of Quality Affairs<\/li>\n
    • Experience of working in a cross functional project team.<\/li>\n
    • Experience of administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Experience of participating in Internal & External audits.<\/li>\n
      • Quality experience within the medical devices sector (1 or more years)<\/li>\n
      • Working knowledge of the MDD\/MDR\/ISO13485\/21CFR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        REQUIRED SKILLS:<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team.<\/li>\n
        • Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
        • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
        • A can-do attitude, problem solver, with the ability to take initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Salary:<\/h4>\n

          \u00a325,000 to \u00a330,000<\/p>\n
