Due to continued companywide growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our expanding Contracting and Tenders Team.<\/p>\n

The role:<\/b><\/h4>\n

The role will involve managing tender responses, contracts, processes and administration while liaising with the compliance team and senior management to ensure the timely submission of documentation.<\/p>\n

Providing general sales support to Sales Directors; Sales Managers; New Product Development and Export teams including the management of price lists.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Producing and maintaining contract and tender documentation including liaising with senior management to achieve submission dates<\/li>\n
  • Management of Contract and Tender submissions<\/li>\n
  • Development & maintenance of supplier & customer contract and NDA renewal database<\/li>\n
  • Manage requests and track customer samples<\/li>\n
  • Generate sales quotes using provided pricing and conditions; analyse sales data to provide insights into trends, opportunities and issues<\/li>\n
  • Collection of data for sustainability reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
